Request your ride when you are ready to take the trip.
Cancellation fee applies
If you cancel the ride or delivery request once a KROOZ® driver has been dispatched for pickup, you'll be charged a cancellation fee based on the KROOZ® vehicle type ordered.
No-show fee applies
When your KROOZ® driver arrives at your pickup location, you'll receive a text message alerting you that your driver has arrived. If you fail to meet the driver after they've waited 3 minutes, the trip is automatically cancelled and you'll be charged a no-show fee. The cancelled ride cannot be reversed.
If you still choose to take the trip, request the ride again — since the driver is already at your location, our system will pair you with the same driver or the next available driver.
No drugs, marijuana/cannabis, open alcohol or weapons in KROOZ® vehicles
Under no circumstances is any type of drug, marijuana/cannabis, weapon or open alcohol allowed in any KROOZ® vehicle. If your driver sees or smells any of these, they are welcome to stop the trip without return of pay, and a ban may be placed on your account. Visit our policy page to learn more.
Drivers are not allowed to smoke or drink alcohol in the vehicle while driving for KROOZ®. If this is brought to our attention and confirmed on investigation, KROOZ® will deactivate the driver's account.
KROOZ® prohibits any sexual harassment
We do not tolerate any sexual harassment of a KROOZ® customer or rider by any KROOZ® driver. All KROOZ® drivers are expected to behave and serve professionally. If such an incident is reported, the driver's account will be SUSPENDED and BLOCKED, and legal action could follow.
